5. Mix baking soda in water and apply it on your armpits and leave the mix on your armpits for about 30 minutes and then rinse. Banking soda is alkaline while the armpit sweat is acid, and therefore this concoction can help stop sweaty armpits. Applying apple vinegar can also help. It helps kill the bacteria and saturate the armpit pores. Shave or snip your armpit hair before treating your armpits with apple vinegar.
6. People who are stressed all the time may also sweat excessively. So, if you’re stressed most of the time, practice some relaxation techniques.
7. Many folks swear on a water fast. Water has magical properties — after all, we are 70% water ourselves. Going on a fast and having nothing else except water can help stop sweaty armpits and excessive sweating. However, do not go on a water fast without consulting your doctor.
